Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, DailyNewz will:

  • Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.
  • Notify the content uploader or contributor of the removal.
  • Take appropriate action against repeat offenders, including termination of access.

4. Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was wrongly removed or disabled, you may submit a counter-notice under the DMCA. A valid counter-notice must include:

  • Identification of the material that has been removed or disabled, and its location before removal.
  • Your full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification.
  • Your consent to the jurisdiction of U.S. federal courts, and acceptance of service of process from the complainant.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.
